Now that we know your specific goal, it’s time to get started with your program!! We guarantee everyone reaches their goals within 6 weeks, which is why you will receive 6 weeks of unlimited access to our studio.

For Non-Heated Yoga:
All of our non-heated classes are beginner-friendly!
If you’re looking for something slow, and meditative try: Yin, Gentle Yoga, Meditation, and iRest Yoga Nidra

For your first class, bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a towel. Since we specialize in heated yoga, be prepared to sweat, and use our showers after class if you like!
If you don’t have a yoga mat, don’t worry, we have mats available for rent. Phones, shoes, keys, and bags can be stored in our lockers.
Classes do start promptly, so please arrive at least 15-20 minutes early. Late entry is not permitted as doors are locked at start of class.
No problem! Our classes are designed for all levels, including beginners. Our instructors will guide you through each pose and offer modifications to suit your comfort level. We recommend starting with a beginner-friendly class like Yin Yoga or a gentle Power Vinyasa flow.
At Yoga Lab, we offer a variety of yoga styles including Vinyasa, Yin, Sculpt, and more. Each style has its unique benefits and focuses, from dynamic movement to deep stretching and relaxation. Plus, our specialty is heated yoga, which adds an extra layer of intensity and therapeutic benefits.
Yoga is not about being flexible; it's about improving your flexibility over time. Our classes cater to all levels of flexibility, and our instructors will help you find the right poses and modifications for your body. Everyone's yoga journey is different, and flexibility will improve with practice.
If you have an injury, please let your instructor know before the class starts. They can offer modifications and adjustments to ensure your practice is safe and comfortable. Yoga can be a great way to rehabilitate and strengthen injured areas, but it’s important to listen to your body and not push beyond your limits.
